Just some of the qualities I hoped to cultivate when I first stepped on the mat nearly 13 years ago. The good news is, I did.  Even better, yoga helped me to become all of these things from the INSIDE out.  

Yoga is a conditioning practice.  
For the body, heart, mind and spirit. It's a commitment to BEing better.  And it's worth it.
