Yoga is a conditioning practice.
Not just for your body, but for your heart, your mind and your spirit as well. It's not easy. But it's worth it.
If you want to get stronger, get longer, more balanced, relieve tension, manage pain, recover, heal, catch your breath, learn how to be a better human or just need a good laugh while doing something awesome for your body and mind... we'll probably get along just fine.
